Litespeed 3

from $3,400.00

The new LiteSpeed 3 combines light weight, dynamic handling, and an efficient design into an agile wing with low pack-volume. It has made us fall in love with mini-wings all over again!

The LiteSpeed 3 excels in a wide range of conditions, from calm-wind proximity flying to big-mountain hike-and-fly and high-wind soaring. Like the Zero 3, it is nimble in the air and fun to fly, with glide performance that makes it comfortable at a broad range of sites.

LAUNCH

Whether you're setting up for a technical alpine launch, a windy dune, or a nil-wind descent, the Litespeed’s easy inflation and intuitive ground-handling characteristics keep things simple, and make for graceful transitions into flight.

IN FLIGHT

The 15m to 19m size range allows you to choose the character and performance you desire based on your personal wing-loading**. Paraglider pilots of beginner-intermediate skill and higher will enjoy LiteSpeed 3's dynamic handling and stability, while experienced Mini-Wing and Speedwing pilots will discover an amazing new platform for even complex maneuvers.

CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN

Made with a combination of the well-proven Porcher Skytex 27gr and Dominco N20D sail cloths, the durability of this wing is exceptional for such a light-weight glider. It is equipped with trimmers and a speed system that can be used individually or together, and is also available with (optional) ultralight risers and brake toggles. Like our competition-dominating performance paragliders, the LiteSpeed 3's design is solid and usable, delivering "True Performance" in accelerated flight.

*The LiteSpeed 3’s design is based on Ozone’s popular Zero 3.

**Please note that we do not recommend flying any highly-loaded wing in accelerated configurations in turbulent or strong conditions, especially when near to the ground.

OZONE COLOUR REFERENCE ()

FABRIC COLOURS AND UV RESISTANCE

Please be aware that the colour you see on your screen may not accurately represent the precise fabric color. Secondly, different cloths specifications with the same color name may vary slightly. Given the wide variance in monitor calibration and the fabric appearance in different light and colour combinations, it is impossible to perfectly represent fabric colour on-screen. If you have any doubts about the colours, look at photos of various wings on our website to see them in different light and colour combinations.

All of the fabric that we use undergoes extensive testing in prototype color phase to ensure colorfastness, mechanical stability, porosity, and general longevity before we put it into production. Once our fabric is in production, every meter of it is rigorously inspected upon arrival in our factory, and fabric which does not pass our stringent quality control standards is returned to the manufacturer. We are frequently asked, "Which colours last the longest, or have the best UV resistance?" All of the colours that we stock score between 4 and 5 on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest possible rating for longevity.
